Das Wohnzimmer ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, die Küche aber sehr klein. Es hat nur eine Person Platz. Da Keller und Bad im Untergeschoss sind, für Menschen mit Geh Beeinträchtigung nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet und dennoch Nähe zu Strand und Zentrum ist sehr gut. Die Parkplätze für Autos z.B. SUVs ein wenig eng.
