Four bedrooms—one of which is reserved for children—three bathrooms, an additional guest bathroom, a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private southwest-facing garden, and a private wellness area make the Immenhuus a special retreat for families, friends, and anyone who wants to enjoy Sylt in comfort and style.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel the warm, inviting atmosphere of the house. The living area is open, bright, and tastefully furnished. Large windows provide beautiful natural light and give the room a warm and lively feel. The cosy sofa nook and comfortable armchairs invite you to put your feet up after a walk on the beach, read a good book, or wind down the evening in front of the gas fireplace. A smart TV, Wi-Fi, and other entertainment options round out the living experience.

Basement:
Bedroom with a double bed. Separate wellness oasis with a sauna, relaxation area, hot tub, bathtub, shower, and toilet. A second bathroom is available in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are available for personal use.

Upper floor:
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms with double beds, built-in closets, smart TVs, and desks. There is also a modern bathroom on this level.

Attic:
Cosy sleeping area for children with a double bed and built-in closets.
