"Everything was great"

"Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Very good hotel with a pool, only thing I was missing was a hot tub. The deluxe suite was nice with a Lil sitting space that had its own TV. "

"Hot water was pretty non existent, when I reserved room with accommodations, got to the hotel was told no accommodations available for my room. Mother SLIPPED and FELL because it was not accessible. Asked for a refund as the hotel did not fit the accommodations required. Was told no that I could not get a refund but I was welcome to pay for the stay and leave anyways. Front desk staff member checking in was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of him. "

"The staff was friendly but our toilet was dirty and bathroom amenities were lacking. Room seemed fine after seeing the toilet it made us wonder what else they over looked. Bed was comfortable."

"I was pretty disappointed. I booked a King Suite. I ended up with an handicap accessible room. The bathroom floor and shower were all in one. It looked like a gym room shower with mold. The fridge still had someone’s food in it and there were scratches on the headboard. I went to see if I could change room. The front desk person laughed and said, “Oh you got an accessible room. We don’t have any other rooms available”. Very disappointed. I’ve stayed here in the past when I come to town. Won’t be doing that again. I’ll be reaching out to hotels.com to see about getting a partial refund."

"Room was decent. Clean. Did not realize you had to pay for breakfast. That was probably my oversight. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. Parking was fine. Lots of it. Staff was professional. The pool was chilly. "

"The lounge was nice! Ashle and Lillie were great!!!! And the warm cookies.. amazing"

"Hot tub didn’t work right. The made the pool smaller, no more outside pool, they got rid of the sauna and lockers."
