We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. "Charleson farm is magical! The hosts were Fantastic- super responsive and great communication before and during our stay. The house was beautifully presented and the property was so much fun to explore. Having the ponies just outside the window (they checked first with us if this was ok or we wanted them in the paddock) was so much fun for everyone. We loved the cows, goats and ponies and spotting the kangaroos too. The teens/ young adults loved a dip in the pool each night as the sun was setting. And the indoor fire was wonderful as the day was very chilly. We will certainly be booking in again to stay here. "

"Loved our stay here.House has everything we needed - and the wood fire made our stay so much more comfortable and luxurious. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep our meals. Bathroom was large and clean - with a great shower! Beds were comfortable. Fully fenced back yard meant no worries about our dogs - and the dog door was an unexpected bonus! All in all and amazing stay - look forward to going back!"

"Rustic Treehouse catered for our large group and being pet friendly was a bonus. It was a good base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otways. Only small negative (impacted the kids more than us) was the lack of internet speed and smart tvs, but it was a blessing in disguise as we were able to switch off and explore. "
