This exquisite 1895 heritage home blends classic charm with modern luxury, nestled in one of Wentworth Falls’ most desirable streets. Steps from bushwalks, cafés, and scenic lookouts, it offers an exceptional lifestyle. Features. include a restored bullnose verandah, bespoke rosewood windows, soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen appliances, opulent bathrooms, and spacious bedrooms. Enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor living, a private landscaped garden, and convenient access to all amenities.

The Space:
This spacious retreat consists of two separate dwellings—the Front House and a Back House Studio, providing flexibility for families, friends, or groups traveling together.

Whether you're here for a scenic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or to explore the Blue Mountains, this charming heritage home is the perfect base for your adventure.
The studio is located at the back of the property, separate from the main house. It is fully self-contained with its own ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. For an additional cost, it can be booked together with the main house. Please enquire or make a booking for the maximum number of guests if you would like access to the studio as well.
Please Note:
Our base rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests. Additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 6.

If your group consists of 4 to 6 guests but you would like to use the extra bedroom, an extra fee of $180 will apply.

For groups of 8 guests, the studio room is included at no extra charge.
