"Good"

"Breakfast has good hot and cold choices. The facility is attractive and well--maintained. Our bed and room were comfortable. Not a wide variety of television choices, no streaming. The hotel is close to dining and shopping choices. A convenient location for interstate highway access. "

"Clean room"

"Nice property, friendly staff, clean/comfy room and good breakfast. My only complaint is that the rooms on the front of the property face Interstate 64 and the road noise is extremely loud. "

"Check in was quick and smooth, however, when we arrived in our room, it was late and we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the bed, the bed spread and sheets were visibly dirty and there was someone's body hair in the bed. It looked like it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Looking around the room, there were large stains on the chair and sofa and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. We requested a different room from the front desk, which they quickly provided. The replacement room looked clean but didn't smell very good but by that time we just wanted to sleep. Checked out early the next morning, likely wouldn't stay here again."

"The hotel is being renovated which is wonderful and its making a difference. The location is good as well. What I wish I knew was that there were many youth soccer families and kids there who ran wild around the place. Despite the management's attempts, it was loud and rowdy. Had I known that they were going to take over the hotel I would have gone somewhere else!"

"The hotel was a little rundown. I think I could’ve lived with that but when I got out of the shower and the blow dryer did not work at all, my husband went down to the desk to ask for a new one. The hotel clerk called the manager and they could not find one. I was simply left without a blow dryer and wet hair. We did end up borrowing one with the people we had checked in with. This was a lifesaver, but all this hassle caused me to be late to an event."

"The room was spacious, clean, well designed. The staff were respectful, polite, and helpful. The proce/cost was reasonable. Plenty of parking. We felt safe. Close to a grocery store, gas station, and other amenities. "
