die Feirenwohung ist völlig okay und mit allem ausgestattet, was es so braucht. Insgesamt riecht es etwas muffig, was aber ggf. an den laufenden Baumaßnahmen am Haus liegen könnte:?Die Lage ist super, teils Blick auf das Schloß und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreicht.Die Kommunikation mit den Mietern war völlig unproblematisch.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Schloss. Wir würden sie empfehlen und wieder buchen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte ein wenig üppiger sein, wir sind aber vermutlich von den Ferienhäusern in Dänemark sehr verwöhnt. Ein größerer Duschkopf wäre gut.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Schloss Wernigerode . Die wunderschöne Innenstadt, der Bahnhof sowie das Schloss sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem entwandfreien Zustand, sie ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Die Aussicht auf das Schloss Wernigerode ist wirklich spektakulär, die Anfahrt bei der Anreise war durch die Straßenführung etwas kompliziert aber die Wohnung hat alles wettgemacht. Frisch saniert blieben keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen sehr gern und hoffentlich bald wieder. Lg aus der Altmark

Der Aufenthalt war kurz aber sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zur Innenstadt gelegen. Generell ist sie sehr geräumig, aber die Angaben bzgl. der Schlafmöglichkeiten sind ungenau. Es sind zwar 2 Schlafräume vorhanden, die aber nicht für 4 Erwachsene und 1 kleines Kind angebracht sind. Das ist eher für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (je ein Zimmer) gedacht. Da ist entweder Nachbesserungsbedarf bei den Angabe/ Schlafmöglichkeiten angebracht. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt haben wir und arrangiert (ein Erwachsener auf dem Sofa)..

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man ist schnell in der wunderschönen Stadt und auf tollen Wanderrouten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingrichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Willkommensgruß war sehr nett. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer wirkte etwas alt und der WC Sitz sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Ich hatte nach Ankunft eine Whats App Nachricht geschrieben- darauf erfolgte leider keine Reaktion. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war anfangs schlimm. Mit vielen Duftkerzen und febreze ging es dann. Diese Kleinigkeiten kann man ändern- ansonsten Top und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Schöne, zentral liegende Wohnung/Haus im typischen Wernigeroder Baustil. Das Haus befindet sich gerade im Umbau. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ok und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gute gelegen mit Super-Ausblick

Viel Platz, alles auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, die Fotos entsprechen den Gegebenheiten, vielleicht sollten die hellen Polstermöbel einmal grundgereinigt werden, im Haus und auf dem Grundstück wird noch gebaut, die Einfahrt ins Grundstück ist ganz schön steil - nicht für alle PKW gut geeignet, wie man auf dem Pflaster sehen konnte; der Blick zum Schloß ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit wunderschön!

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Die Wohnung war super und auch schön geräumig, so konnten wir auch mal einen Regentag überbrücken. Einziges kleines Manko: Uns hat es ein wenig an Grundausstattung gefehlt. Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeefilter o.ä. dieses sind wir aus anderen Unterkünften anders gewohnt. Großer Pluspunkt: Hochstuhl und Reisebett wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Wohnung steht ein Akkustaubsauger zur freien Verfügung, was auch wirklich praktisch für einen Urlaub mit Hund und Kleinkind war.
