The luxury holiday home "Flora & Fauna" offers a spacious 115 m² of living space spread over two floors. Modern and comfortable furnishings await you, ensuring you feel right at home.

The Flora & Fauna holiday home was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2019.

Ground floor:

The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious dining area features a dining table for 6 people.

The living area is comfortably furnished with an elegant leather corner sofa, seating, and a fireplace.

The bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a TV (with blackout curtains).

The accessible bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, rain shower, and toilet.

The utility room contains a washing machine and dryer.

Upper Floor (OG):

The smaller bedroom features a comfortable double bed (two 80x200cm mattresses), a radio, a CD player, and modern built-in wardrobes (completely blackout curtains).

The larger bedroom, with a double bed (two 90x200cm mattresses), offers breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery towards the lake and is furnished with comfortable seating, a desk, a spacious built-in wardrobe, and amenities such as a CD player and radio.

Our integrated two-person infrared sauna on the upper floor invites you to a personalized wellness experience.

The large bathroom offers everything you need for relaxation, including a spacious, walk-in rain shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a bathtub.

The Garden:
A large lawn, surrounded by magnificent mature trees, is ideal for sunbathing or playing. The shaded terrace in front of the house is furnished with comfortable garden furniture for six people and invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
