Great vacation

Great place to stay in West Bay. Cemetery Beach is just minutes away, another short walk to a West Bay beach, and grocery store is very near. It’s just a short drive to a number of restaurants.

Christmas Cayman Family Vacation

This property was perfect for my group of 5. Easy access to a gorgeous beach. Steps from the pool. Very comfortable. Fosters Republix and Bayside are a half block away. We never rented a car - we used public bus. I would stay here again. Dennis does an amazing job. Read the guide when you get there and don't forget to say good morning and good night to everyone- be as friendly as all these people on the island are!

Best Rental we've ever been in.....

This is probably the best rental we have ever stayed in. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the showers were hot and everything is updated. There are so many tired places in Grand Cayman - this is not one of them. This place is WELL stocked. I have never stayed in a rental that had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap. dishwasher soap and paper towels and toilet paper. There are tons of beach towels a nice beach cooler and space for the whole family. Appliances are high end. I ran the dishwasher and washer and dryer daily as we had beach towels and breakfast dishes for our family of 5. The host has great communication. We had a slight issue one night where a smoke detector battery died - it was no ones fault - it happens. The host responded quickly and sent over a handyman to handle the issue expediently with a small token for us too. Very happy. The check out list is unlike any rental in the USA. It literally was "make sure the doors are locked" I've had check out lists before that are 25 items long. It was a true vacation. The pool is small, the few times we wanted to use it, it was empty & lovely. The walk to the beach is super easy. Our older teens could come and go as they pleased. We loved having a rental car and dedicated parking. Driving on the left takes some practice.The supermarket was close and clutch. Loved the restaurants in West Bay,. This place has everything but a view, definitely a must stay in Grand Cayman.

Cayman for New Years

Stayed here last week for 6 nights. Location was just as described. My wife and I and our two teens (14,16) had plenty of space. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. Short walk to beach. Owner extremely receptive and helpful. Would stay here again.

West Bay Value

The only thing lacking at this property is a view. The unit was modern and well-equipped. The condo development is a bit dense, but the end location of this unit affords some extra outdoor space. Short walk to the beach. Very close to Cemetery Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches along Seven Mile Beach. Groceries and dining within walking distance.

Beach access

I thought the ocean/ beach would be closer. Needed to walk by a busy street to get to a public beach or along a trail that wasn’t kept up very well & on a residential road. We did not drive to the beaches. Everything else was very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Lane. Close to the Fosters in West Bay, fairly easy to get to the beach. The kids enjoyed the paddle board. Overall it was an easy trip. Dennis was quick to respond when we had questions and his welcome book was also helpful.

Great property in a perfect location

This 3 king property was perfect. Kitchen outfitted nicely and everything seemed practically new. The host responded faster than any other I have dealt with and had helpful advice about the area. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely stay at West Bay

Communication was fantastic. With borders opening and closing, the host was very good at communicating and working with us. Any issues that arose, he dealt with promptly. Great snorkel gear in amount described. Short walk on West Bay Rd to Cemetery Beach, groceries, liquor store, and lateral covid testing. Very comfortable space and beds in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. We had a great time... incredibly relaxing... and look forward to returning.

A Great Week

We had a wonderful week in the Caymen Islands. Dennis was very responsive to any questions and the property was accurately portrayed. Beach is convenient, beautiful and not crowded with amazing snorkeling and paddle boarding. Grocery and liquor stores are a quick walk away, and cabs/buses were easy to come by. And my kids were happy that WiFi was so good! :) A great week!

Great condo near beach

It’s pretty much as stated by Dennis. 160 steps or so to the beach. 6 beach chairs 5 beach towels 2 snorkeling sets & a cooler to go to the beach. Condo is great with 1 large TV & lots of easy to use electronics. Our family of 5 with 3 adult children had an amazing time. Great location- 2 blocks from the supermarket. Recommend renting a car. 15-20 minutes from main part of 7 mile beach, Georgetown, & airport. Highly Recommend Calypso Grill & Morgan’s for dinner & they are nearby

Great location, great condo

A quiet spot away from the resorts, but still close to everything, this condo is clean, modern and well equipped. As a first time vrbo renter, we weren't sure what to expect, but Dennis, the owner was excellent. He quickly resolved a couple of minor issues, and we had a great stay. It is clear that he takes pride in his property and genuinely wants you to have the perfect vacation.

A perfect place for our family vacation

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The place was clean and well stocked with all the little extras. Dennis was attentive but not intrusive and available if needed. The location is perfect for beach time and a great place for the children to swim in the pool steps from our door. Even the neighbours were friendly and welcoming. "Alexa" was a cool bonus too. Thanks Dennis for making this dream come true.

Awesome in every way!!!

We had a great experience at this condo. The location was great, centrally located. The condo was very clean, had all the amenities we needed inside and for the beach, and fun technology!
