"The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. We were asked to walk to another restaurant for restaurant service and directed to eat snacks from the minibar instead. During our stay there were several consecutive days including a whole weekend when the restaurant was not made available to hotel guests while charging guests an extra "amenity fee". The hotel has a nice gym but no swimming pool, so the hotel restaurant feels like a minimum thing to count on among amenities."

"We arrived for a wedding and wanted to stay somewhere in Denver so we could see a little of the city. This was my partner’s first time to Denver and our first time traveling together so I wanted to make sure that it was just right. The hotel was easy to find, and the check in process was quick. Our room had a view of downtown which made the room feel much bigger. Hats off to the valet manager who suggested the best diner walking distance, Sam’s No 3. It was so good we ate there for breakfast every morning! Stay was great and I definitely will be back next time I visit Denver."

"Our room was nice & clean, decor was just ok, kinda of blah But not a real important key to staying. The front desk women were extremely helpful with sunny dispositions. Great location, lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance Or hop on the free bus service to venture a little further away. The only issue I have is that I was over charged $84, I called & spoke to a nice front desk person who said they would investigate & get back to me, it’s now been 2 weeks with no word. Now I’ll have to go through the hassle of pursuing this.Due to this we will not be staying there again."
