"My stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. Simon, Elvira, and the entire team were outstanding. When my flight was rescheduled and I requested an extension, they had no family rooms available—yet Simon went out of his way to secure an alternative room for us. It was hands-down my best hotel experience. Everyone I met in Sweden was incredibly helpful, and it’s a bonus that they all speak excellent English."

"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again. "

"Great location near the central station and buses/trams. We had a fairly quiet room. Parking garage was a bit tight for maneuvering a Volvo V90 wagon but convenient with plenty of spaces and reached by an elevator from the hotel."

"This is a brilliant hotel in a convenient location in Gothenberg. We didn’t realise we had breakfast included, as were so impressed with the breakfast spread. As a vegan, I often have a lot of anxiety and associate hotel breakfasts with limited options that I can make do with. The vegan options at the breakfast buffet were incredible and was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I felt like I had as much choice as everyone else. I really want the commend the hotel for this. The hotel was clean, all of the staff were welcoming and pleasant, and it’s so convenient being able to make use of the hotel gym. Incredible stay and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family!! "
