We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were a little worried about a shared bathroom but it was never a problem. Only thing we could have used a few more towels especially hand towels for the bathroom or paper towels as we were not the only ones using the one towel in there. I’m sure we could have asked for more, but just let our hands air dry

Very affordable, incredibly clean and it's a beautiful old house that has been completely updated. Very quiet and peaceful - there were 3 other guests (judging by the cars) and we never heard or saw them. Our host communicated she would be on her vacation and would not be at the property during our stay, but there was a caretaker and cleaner. We were provided (via email) access codes and instructions on entering the house and where to park. Our host provided a list of area restaurants and we took advantage of Calloways and Dynasty Diner! I'd give this excellent place 10 stars if I could! We'll be back, highly recommended.

First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. The first floor bathrooms probably have a private bath. We went through Expedia. Maybe book direct so you can ask questions. Our room came with 2 standard sized towels. When asked, they left a couple more. I’d also prefer my own hand towel instead of sharing with the entire second floor. Closets could use more hanging space. Plenty of shelves. Next the good stuff: great directions and instructions. Bed is comfortable. Room is large. They have earplugs so you don’t hear the road or creaky stairs. They have good coffee and creamers. Small frig in the room. You can use a fully stocked kitchen. We stopped at a local orchard and used the knife to cut up our morning fruit. Walkable restaurant Mi Publitia (?) had a nice breakfast for reasonable prices. It’s very close to the wedding venue The Farm on Main. About 15 minutes to LBI. Good location. Reasonably priced. Dawn responds immediately.
