There was an active water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom above the toliet and pieces of the ceiling started to fall. The hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to another room and they did not offer any accommodation.

Best Western Plus Sanford Airport/Lake Mary Hotel
The property itself could have been cleaner. We needed to get to the airport before 6 a.m., but the shuttle driver was responsible for getting the breakfast ready as well as drive the shuttle. More staff is needed.

They did not clean the room once while we were there, and I have made it back home and still haven’t received my money back on my card

2BR COTTAGE IN SANFORD HISTORIC DISTRICT
After a rouge smoke detector issue was taken care of (quickly) we had a lovely stay. The amenities were perfect, kitchen well stocked and the decor was charming. I would stay again!
