Featuring an open layout the updated kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher and island seating. Amenities include air conditioning in the living area and window acs in bedrooms, side by side washer/dryer, gas grill and enclosed outside shower. Located a short drive away to the popular beaches along Nantucket Sound (South Village Beach is .8 mile away and West Dennis Beach is located 1.5 miles away).

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!
