- PLEASE READ the RULES. Experience West Dennis like a local in this 5-bedroom house. The tranquil space features three queen beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Two porches, two patios, three sitting rooms, fenced in heated pool and large spacious yard. Everyone can spread out! The house is very bright with high ceilings. Three televisions and ample parking. The price is lower than comparable homes for a reason - no gatherings, guests, visitors, smoking or pets are permitted. I have kept my neighbors and tenants happy for 20 years by being honest upfront. Only those on the lease are permitted on the property. Two adult tenants must sign the tenant's lease and a Lead Paint Notification exemption (if there is a child under six years old) within 24 hours of booking. Thank you!
