Good location mid cape. Older motel but sufficient. There are no modern/new hotels on the cape really hasnt changed much over the years. Neat clean sufficient for a night stay good location.

Inexpensive place in a central location on the lower Cape. Parking is tight, don’t bring your 4x4, extended cab, ginourmous truck. Pool looked clean but I didn’t go in. Hot water works fine, beds are pretty good for this price point, and the pillows were fine. A short walk to the marina and you have the Harbor Fox coffee bar, where they have excellent coffee and decent breakfast sandwiches.

We did find some trash left over from the guest before but otherwise the room was clean. The bed was quite comfortable and we loved that the sink and mirror were separate from the toilet/shower. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. My stay was very pleasant . The only things I could say negative is it's an older facility so it felt as such. The lack of insulation between floors I could hear walking a good part of the time. Sounded like stomping around overhead. The parking was difficult as the spaces were straight instead of slanted and driving a rental I wasn't used to made it more difficult.
