Walk to the beach- Completely renovated 3 bedrooms house, central A/C

  • Welcome to Casa Verde, a home away from home.
    Beautiful, renovated beach house within walking distance to West Dennis Beach (8 minutes walk).
    Sun filled and comfortable living room, spacious 3 bedrooms, modern and well equipped kitchen, a sun room with a breeze of ocean air. This house offers plenty of space for the whole family.

    The Property has exterior security cameras ( Ring floodlights and Ring doorbell) facing street/front entrance/driveway/side of the house.
    The video footage is not shared and is continuously recorded for liability reasons. Attempt to disable, redirect or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

Perfect location and beautiful home

The house was perfect for our family vacation with two kids (6 & 4). The walk to West Dennis Beach was easy (recommend bringing a beach wagon!), and we were close to lots of area activities and restaurants. The house itself felt spacious and comfortable and was beautifully decorated. There were some games for the kids to play inside and a lot of beach toys. I loved drinking my coffee in the bright and cheery sunroom and getting a few moments of peace every morning. Kate was super easy to get in touch with and helpful with recommendations before our stay. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
