Stunning Single Family 4 BR 4 Bath Home in Kingswood

This house is great for multiple families or groups with multiple living areas everyone can be together or have space to spread out. We have 1 gig fiber internet and 3 smart TVs (86-in, 65-in, 55-in) with DirectTV stream Premier Package so you can enjoy sports and movies or log into your own apps. The large private backyard has plenty of space for the kids to play outside.

There are many upscale amenities; steam shower, bunk room, 86-inch smart TV, 1 Gig fiber internet, Viking appliances, washer/dryer, ample parking and gorgeous Mountain View’s.

At the Kingswood community you will have access to the Moover bus (weekends and holidays) that stops at the end of the driveway-every 30 minutes and takes you directly to Mount snow in 5 minutes, along with access to community center that had the largest heated indoor pool in the area, work out room, kids center (X-Box) hot chocolate, popcorn and the best brownies!!!

Direct access to vast snowmobile trail. 5 minutes to popular restaurants including: Snow republic, Last chair and American flatbread. This home is everything you could want on your next vacation!!!!

Just so you are aware security cameras are installed covering the Driveway Entrance, Front Door, Side Yard, and Garage Interior.

Great house!

Very clean, updated house with plenty of room. Very nice kitchen with all you will need. Lower level worked out super for my daughter's family with 2 small children. Comfortable beds. Mover shuttle stops at the driveway. Secure ski storage inside the garage. Great stay.

House was very comfortable for 2 family stay and provided all the comforts of home - stocked kitchen, bed/bath linens provided, laundry and comfortable bedrooms. Very convenient to the mountain with shuttle service at end of the driveway. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic. The host was super quick to reply to all questions and the house was perfect for two families. The ride to the mountain was 5 minutes, the shuttle bus was super convenient. The house itself was clean, decorated beautifully, great for kids of all ages and the beds were very comfortable. The rec center with indoor pool was an awesome bonus. I would definitely rent again!
