Charming home nestled in the Dover Hills just a short drive from Mount Snow and the village of Wilmington. Nice set back location off the road with winter mountain views to the east. Inside you are treated to a large vaulted great room with huge windows, exposed beams, wood burning stove on brick hearth, and upscale kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, a large woodsy mudroom addition with cubbies and benches perfect for stowing all your gear.

The Space:
This property has been recently updated with brand new furnishings and thoughtful touches! AWD/4X4 only for the winter months. Please note there is a ring doorbell on the front door.

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
