400 year old cottage is in the lovely North Devon village of West Down

"Lovely cottage, big enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Great location for beaches and walks. Pizza van on a Wednesday night in the village is fab and very reasonable. Village shop for fresh eggs and milk etc. Really impressed with how well equipped the cottage was with kitchen equipment including an air fryer and many gadgets. Also basics such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were present when we arrived (which we restocked before we left). Cozy snug room was ideal for the kids to watch films of an evening and play games- lots of blankets and pillows. We didn’t need the log burner but imagine it’s lovely in winter. We would return for sure as a family should we come back to Devon."
