Keep it simple at this centrally-located two bed in the heart of West Fargo. Walk to downtown and have a craft beer at Junkyard brewing or sandwich at The Flying Pig.
Close to Fargo's retail shopping district and only 7 minutes from Sanford Hospital or 12 minutes to Essentia Health.
Full featured, garden level two bed one bath with single car garage and free on site laundry in a quiet smoke free four unit complex.
Queen beds in each bedroom with a summer and winter comforter.
Pullout loveseat with chaise lounge and sofa sleeper in the living room with extra blankets and pillows.
Desk, chair and highspeed internet in living room.
Youtube TV included - 55" TV in the living room, 40" TV in the large bedroom and 32" TV in small bedroom. Free laundry on site. New flooring throughout.
Single garage with keypad entry (owner uses small area for bin storage).
Keypad access to unit & garage. Guest allowed to park in the garage or in front of the garage. The two off street parking spots are reserved for long term renters. Can be reserved for an additional fee.
Propane grill and Solo Stove available upon request.
Guests are welcome to use the yard swing, hammock and gliders if they are available.
