"Liz was especially helpful. They are trying out a to-go breakfast for travelers who aren't there till the normal breakfast. This was great, however one of the apples was soft & bruised. While a bagel is a nice breakfast food, it is hard to eat in car (no toaster). Muffins were fresh and good. Water bottle especially appreciated. Hotel convenient to interstate, Sheetz gas, and downtown Madison with several restaurants to choose from."

"Our stay was brief, but we were welcomed when we arrived late and the night manager was very helpful when I appeared shortly after, seeking water and a toothbrush! The hotel common areas and our room were VERY clean, the bed and pillows VERY comfortable. My only recommendations are 1) the AC unit fan was noisy, but close enough to white noise for us, and the shower-head & spout had seen better days, and could be replaced, but it was sufficient. The continental breakfast was appreciated and good, as well. Overall, this was a great value for the price."

"The hallways were so dirty, I have never seen a hotel so dirty like this. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over 30 years. There was one person in line in front of me at check in, and it took us over 30 minutes to get checked in. The room itself was fine. Would recommend avoiding, especially if traveling with family. "
