Everything you read and see in the description of this lovely home is 100% accurate! What more can we say...the host was very kind and responsive. The location is super convenient to everywhere and the home was perfectly cozy on a very chilly weekend in West Lafayette with a surprise snow storm!

Wonderful for a family & friends
We all loved this house! It is walking distance to stadium. It is super clean and has everything you need for your family to stay and truly enjoy themselves. The fences in backyard is huge and equipped with outdoor swing, which my 14 year old loved. My friend, Nikki, and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch and enjoying coffee. The downstairs was perfect for our old kids who are at Purdue to play ping pong and shoot hoops and it was great it had a bathroom downstairs for them. Only suggestion would be if you traveling and want to tailgate … bring your projecter and portable screen so you can have a larger TV extra folding chairs & table to enjoy the backyard Great place!!! And the host always responded quickly!

Family vacation
We were in town for a youth bowling tournament. The property was a great location for us, in a quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to where we needed to go. Loved the house - we all really enjoyed the ping pong table and basketball game in the basement! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to this area.

Golf trip
We were staying there because my grandson had qualified for the boys golf junior state championship. It was very close to the golf courses. The house clean and welcoming. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely go back!

Perfect Location - close to campus in a quiet neighborhood
We came to West Lafayette to visit our daughter in Vet School, and this was the perfect place. The home was clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to campus. Our son just loved the basketball game in the basement, going down to play became part of his normal routine.

Nice older house, great host.
Lovely little house in an older neighborhood. Lots of room and lots of beds. The outside appears a bit on the older side but inside is nice. House was clean and any issues we had were quickly remedied by the host, who was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Was convenient to baseball stadium and close driving distance to main campus.

Spic and span, just off campus
This is the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Cute home with perfect and large fenced back yard for our pup. Can see Purdue sign in end zone at Ross-Ade, you’re so close. Quiet and scenic neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when back to Purdue!

This place was perfect for my visit with my son at Purdue. Walking distance to the basketball game, safe neighborhood, and generally centrally located.

Great for travelers with dogs!
This property was very clean. Location is convenient for easy access to both West Lafayette and Lafayette. Neighborhood was quiet. Fenced back yard was a blessing as we traveled with our dogs. Will definitely stay at this property again!

I tend to evaluate experiences using all of my senses and did so at New! Comfy 3Bd House. The home was filled with a light aroma that was pleasant and lingered throughout my two-day stay. The look of the house inside was fresh, well lit, newly remodeled, and felt cozy and safe. It had lots of charming touches to the decor and showed the care that had been used when decorating it. The home was ideal for my pet dog, especially with a fenced-in back yard. Communication with the Office Manager Sharon was professional, prompt, personable, caring and efficient. I highly recommend this property to others who will find many comforts of home in their stay here.

Awesome new interior renovation! All new gourmet appliances & VERY fast fiber internet. Sharon was an awesome hostess, VERY responsive & sooo helpful. This VRBO’s “small touches” were EXCELLENT!: 1. Plenty of dishware, and even QUALITY soaps, shampoos, & laundry/dish detergent available 2. The couches were modular/transform to beds 3. Basement ping pong & basketball arcade type games VERY fun for the kiddos 4. Back yard is MASSIVE 5. Dog friendly & steps to Purdue Univ. I took the dogs running on campus to re-live the glory days several times Highly recommend staying here

Great location
The house was very clean and well maintained after a recent renovation. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and the proximity to Purdue was perfect. In our opinion the furniture in the living room was new but uncomfortable and if you are big on comfortable pillows for the beds, bring your own unless they have replaced the ones we used. Overall a great experience.
