The hotel itself is ok. Great location. The main problem is they pump a fragrance spray that is so strong it seeps into the entire first floor. The scent is so strong it set off a migraine and we had to switch rooms to an upper floor when a room opened up two days later. All of the hotel amenities are on the first floor and could not use any. We had to use a side door stairwell entrance to avoid the elevator and the lobby.

Overall, the room and the service was fine! The only problems we had was the room darkening blind was broken so it couldn’t go up so we couldn’t look out the window. The body wash dispenser didn’t dispense body wash and the exhaust fan didn’t work when we cooked chicken.!

Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The gym was nice but the pool was a bit small. The light-blocking shade in our room didn’t work and we asked at the desk and were told (politely) that “yeah, those don’t work. We are a work in progress.” That was my only real complaint.

Hotel was very clean. Hot Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Pool was great. We liked the room with full microwave, full fridge, and 2 stove top burners. It even included pans/dishes and small dishwasher!! We used the laundry facilities too! It had everything. The only downfall was that I kept getting charged different fees for no reason. The staff was contacted 3 different occasions, but finally got it fixed, (I think). Will stay again.
