Location is convenient to campus (25 minute drive) but far enough away to offer a peaceful stay. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. They also provided helpful local information before my stay. Rental was very clean and comfortable. Great river view."

"The house was exactly as it looks in the photos. Very charming and clean. Also peaceful. Just be aware that the “2 twin beds in the common space” are the two (very hard) futons in the living room. My group was made up of seven 40-yr-old women and there was no way any of us could sleep on those things, so two of us ended up having to share one of the actual twin beds in a bedroom. I highly suggest taking an air mattress and your own pillows if you have more than 6 people over the age of 25!"

"In town to visit Purdue student. Just far enough to get away from the excitement of campus (we were there when the basketball team won their final 4 game against NCState), but close enough for easy visit! Kitchen made meal prep easy."

"We had 13 extended family members for 6 nights. The house was great. Up to date, well stocked, and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved jumping off the dock. The Traeger grill was fun - easy to use, delicious BBQ! Plenty of options for eating meals indoors or out on the patio. Can't say enough about how wonderful of a time we had."

"The house is very large and full of couches and chairs for large groups. The kitchen is large and fun to cook in. The location is great, the creek that flows across the property traverses a concrete weir or old crossing that creates a nice waterfall noise effect. The towns people were friendly and we had a great time."

"Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. Finally found it between cushions of the couch - but it took a while to think of that. 2. No power to the hot tub.
