"The exterior of the building was pretty rough, with weeds and a defunct/decrepit section that used to be a Denny's. I was dreading what I was going to find in my room but the room and bathroom itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner worked. The TV did not work."

It’s hard to capture just how cozy, inviting, and welcoming it feels. Kelly and her husband are incredibly sweet and kind, and communication is outstanding. We’re already looking forward to returning to Singing Pines soon!"

"John is a wonderful host, helpful and accommodating. Spent 2 nights with 3 of my closest friends. The main comment to describe the main house was, "grandma's camp." (Rustic but homey) The ammentities really made the stay fun, set in a wooded landscape on the lake. The house was clean for the most part. The owner counts on the previous renters to clean the house, all the appliances, including the grill before leaving. We left the toaster oven, trash can and outdoor grill cleaner than we found it."
