"The house and location was beautiful! The kitchen was well-appointed. The house was very clean. We LOVED the dock/outside space - the location right on the water is spectacular. The sunsets were amazing. It was so hot, though - pretty tough sleeping until we opened the windows and used the fan that was in the master bedroom closet. It was 90 degrees and only dropped to 70s at night - so guessing the air conditioner just couldn't keep up. The owner was also very flexible with check-in time since...

We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. "This place had just about anything you could’ve needed and wanted for a good time! It was very comfortable for 8 people and they were kind enough to have an additional air mattress set up upon arrival. We really liked how much of the little things were provided, like pong balls or bar shaker set. I would recommend this to others!"

"When we arrived the inside of the property had a strong pungent smell that was noticeable as soon as you walked inside of the property. The water was discolored and it smelled of rotten eggs as well. During our stay the toilet wouldn't flush properly and we could not get the air conditioning to work. In addition, the internet connection was very week and you would continually get disconnected. We tried contacting the office but could not reach them and left a voicemail that was never returned....
