"My only complaint was there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Everything else was outstanding. The spa, the room, and the staff, were all great! Just add a small microwave and it would be perfect! "

"Haven't stayed there in a year. They haven't made any improvements since then. Don't plan on watching TV because half of the channels don't come through and they have three different lists of Channel guides, none of which actually match what is programmed on the tv, so you get the fun of slowly scrolling through channels waiting for the commercial to end so you can see what's really on. Although sometimes there's no picture so you can only hear what's on. The hallways smell old and dingy except for in the areas where they smell like marijuana. They used to have great front desk staff and I don't know where those people have gone to. Very disappointing stay."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Made to order hot breakfast was delicious and an added bonus. Room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely book at this hotel again. A lot of great restaurants and shopping right around the corner."
