Living by the sea. The ocean right outside your door, a breathtaking view of the coastline. A dreamlike sunset. Unwind and relax by the private infinity pool with a cool drink. Enjoy food and drinks at the large wooden table.

A house not built to follow current trends. Constructed in the traditional Mani architectural style.
The nearest public sandy beach is about 1 km away. There are plenty of other beaches in the direction of Kardamily and Stoupa.
If sandy beaches aren’t your thing, you can, of course, go right to the sea near the house. Just a few metres away, and you can jump into the water. A bike path runs along the coast all the way to Stoupa. Bike rentals are available in Agios Nikolaos, just around the corner.
Agios Nikolaos is 2 km away. There you’ll find many taverns and restaurants of all kinds. The small, still-active fishing harbour is particularly picturesque. You can have your morning coffee there and wait until the fishermen arrive with their boats around 10 a.m. to buy fresh fish straight from the boat.
Swimming, diving, horseback riding, hiking, and biking—all within easy reach. Guided tours are also available.
You can also visit and explore caves on your own, all within walking distance from here.
You can go hiking right from the house or even climb directly into the mountains.
About the house
The house features 3 terraces. Pool terrace—sun terrace on the upper floor. A place of tranquility, a natural terrace for reading and writing, or even yoga at the very top of the mountain.
The private pool is located right in front of the terrace. It measures 8x4 metres. The depth ranges from 60 cm to 160 cm.
A spiral staircase leads to the studio. A glass structure nestled between the house and the rock face. You can also spend the night there in the summer. It features an easel, a hand-wash basin, a dry toilet, a table, and a bed.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, the kitchen, a covered outdoor dining area with its own gas stove, a lounge terrace, a small shower with a toilet, and a bedroom.
The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub, two showers, and a toilet.
The house is about 20 years old and, as is necessary in Greece, is continuously maintained.

The Mani Peninsula
This is where the War of Independence against the Ottomans began. Today, you can still see the fortified Mani towers in medieval villages. The rugged and dramatic landscape is a sight to behold.
The people make their living from olives, wine, and oranges. Mountains rise to nearly 2,500 metres.
Due to the limited number of hotels, tourism isn’t as widespread here as elsewhere. There are no high-rises here.
Many Greece connoisseurs consider Mani to be the most beautiful region in Greece. Olives, oranges, lemons—and snow on the mountains in winter.

Large living room with seating area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Alexa, and a small stereo system for USB sticks and CDs. All 2 bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The studio (Bedroom No. 3) is not air-conditioned. It has a ceiling fan.
2 bathrooms with bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks—kitchen with refrigerator and freezer—sink—induction cooktop—oven—dishwasher—coffee maker—toaster. Fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc. Washing machine. Drying area.
Large dining table on the side terrace; charcoal grill and outdoor gas stove.
A small library and a workspace are also located in the living room.
Hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided.
