Io Villa 3 a little stone castle with pool

Io Villa is located 500 meters from the famous beach of Stoupa and 3 km from the little fishing village of Agios Nikolaos. It is amongst olive trees, set 100 meters back from the main road, in a very quiet place literally next to the famous Stoupa yet away from the bustle and hustle.
Io Villa is a small castle built with local stones, that fit perfectly into the natural surroundings. It consists of a 2-level maisonette which is simply and traditionally furnished. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove hood vent, kettle water boiler, toaster, washing machine, a living room, storage closets for suitcases, and a spacious covered furnished terrace. In the living room, there is a sofa that converts to a double bed. Amenities include bioclimatic facilities, air conditions on the ground floor and on the upper floor, Wi-Fi Internet, and TV.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and air condition, sharing a balcony with beautiful sea views. In each bedroom, there is a ceiling fan. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The villa is surrounded by a small garden, a common (between the 3 Io Villas) ecological swimming pool with salty water, and a private parking lot.
The freshwater swimming pool (dimensions: 5m x 10m - depth 1,50m) offers sun lounges, furnished, and pergolas for shade. Pool towels are provided.
The villa offers bed linen, pillows, and towels.
Breakfast and food are not provided.
All windows and doors are protected with a mesh.
A well-stocked supermarket is within 400 meters of distance.

Guests with hair dyed using color-depositing shampoos (e.g., blue, pink, yellow, red, green, etc.) are not allowed in the pool.
Do not dismantle or move furniture to other areas.
Any modification to the villa’s facilities requires owner approval.
