Relaxing Weekend
We spent a much needed relaxing weekend at this location. I can't say enough good things about this property. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and very clean. We would rent this property again.

What a view!
This beautiful home has a breathtaking view of the lake. Lovely kitchen and open living room was great to be together. Kayaks were fun too! We enjoyed many tours, Thai food and Bellvale icecream. A lovely home!

Lakefront Serenity
This beautiful house is perfectly located. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and so welcoming. You can't beat the view of the lake. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards, and sitting in the Adirondack chairs, sipping our coffee in the morning. The hosts are lovely and so accommodating. 100% recommend this home for a getaway and hope to come back someday!

Perfect place, extremely clean with an amazing new kitchen. Perfect for a family with kids. Would be difficult to share with another couple because of the one bathroom / shower. There is a toilet downstairs.

Beautiful House
Beautiful house that was pristine. Great dock for our boat, and plenty of parking for our trailer. The view from the backyard is amazing, and the location is great! The owner was also super nice to deal with. Definitely would highly reccomend this house.

Beautiful Lake House
The house was beautiful- clean and well stocked for a fun lake weekend. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks and sitting on the Adirondack chairs by the lake. There was a private dock and a great deck overlooking the water. The property is as nice as it looks in the pictures. Cheryl was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Difficult property
No overhang or umbrella, all towels inbathroom dingy and damp. no lounges, only Adirondack chairs, uncomfortable dining chairs on deck…left after 2 nights, would not come back or recommend..trees not enough for cover from rain or sun. Bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom did not work..no rheostat lighting in most rooms. Super bright overhead lighting in livingroom and bedrooms not conducive to relaxing. Paid for 5 nights. Stayed 2. Overall disappointing

Raymond sorry that you did not have an enjoyable stay There is a dimmer switch for the lighting in the Living Room, and the light in the second bedroom does work I had a zero gravity chair in the garage. If you had reached out to me, I would’ve tried to make your stay more comfortable. Cheryl

Family time
We came from NW and had never been to NJ or the lake. Area was beautiful, home was great, host was so responsive to any questions we had. Kitchen was so well stocked we had all we needed to cook and enjoy our family time together.

Wonderful home!
We loved spending the week at Cheryl’s home! The cleanliness and amenities were perfect. We spent two days at Mt. Peter (skiing and tubing) and another day exploring the town of Warwick. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious (master bedroom has the best views!) and the house will have a special place in our family bonding memories.

Perfect getaway
The house was very clean and homey. It was decorated in good taste and it seemed like new. It was the perfect size for my family of 4 with our dog. The kitchen had everything anyone would want, there are games, movies and books. The view of the sunset on the lake was beautiful. I would definitely return.

Great rental house, even in winter! Easy check-in and check-out, and very responsive property manager. Beautiful views, excellent cooking kitchen, comfortable sleeping. Will definitely come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake!

Great house and location, and wonderful host!!
This house was perfect for a weekend spent with great friends off season. Great sunset views, exceptional attention to detail and the house had all we needed. It’s clear the host has gone out of her way to make the guests feel comfortable and at home away from home, and Cheryl was exceptional with communication and ease of logistics including check in and check out. The house is close to some great natural attractions and hiking, along with nice scenic drives. No doubt during the warmer months the use of the lake is a plus. And we noticed easy water access along with a great, sturdy dock! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be able to book again. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Cheryl's home has a stunning view and an updated modern interior. Every amenity that we needed was there, and Cheryl was super helpful and communicative. The view from the property is gorgeous, and a super restful stay. Definitely recommend.

We had a very good experience
The house is beautiful and located on a quiet secluded street right next to the lake. The little boys in our group loved the house and the lake and the playground at Stanley Deming playground in nearby Warwick. It was overall a very pleasant stay for everyone in the group. The kitchen and master bathroom are especially nice, and the large windows with views of the lake.

We had the best stay! The location was perfect and we overall enjoyed our girls weekend here. Everything was clean, the way the house was set up was amazing and the lake views were perfect to enjoy our coffee on the cool mornings. The house was super accommodating and had everything we needed.

Lakeside retreat
One of the highlights of our stay was having the use of the kayaks and paddle board. The gas bbq was great, as was the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. All in all, a very relaxing, fun experience.

Excellent and Immaculte Lake House in Greenwood
This lake house was very clean with good design. The host includes everything you need to enjoy this fantastic location. Fishing on the lake was excellent and we caught a few bass and many black crappies from our kayak and from the dock. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy lake life.

A perfect getaway
We’ve been staying at Cheryl’s house the last few summers and it’s truly our happy place. Everything is super easy and the house is stocked with everything you need. Waking up in the morning to that view is so special. It really feels like you are on a vacation upstate without having to actually drive hours and hours. Also tons to do in the area for kids and adults. Can’t say enough good things about this listing.

Perfect Family Get Away
The property was just as described. Wonderful kitchen, it became the central hub of the house, just like home! We all enjoyed the outdoor spaces. There was nothing better than having our morning coffee out on the dock as we watched the kids fish or paddle board. Definitely would utilize the space again!!!

The lake house is such a beautiful property and was perfect for our family for a week on a the lake. It's beautifully maintained, gorgeously decorated, peaceful and located in the perfect spot (right on the water, but only 10 mins away from stores). The appliances, amenities and small touches throughout ensured that we felt like we were at a home away from home. The host, Cheryl, is absolutely lovely and we are so thankful to her for ensuring we had a good stay. We will definitely be back!
