"This hotel was fantastic! Extremely clean, great location, staff that went above and beyond, and delicious breakfast. I always appreciate that Springhill suites always has plenty of space for a family of 5 to be comfortable in 1 room. Ray and Will were wonderfully helpful and kind! "

"When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. My entire check-in took less than 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The staff were great, answered any questions we had, and were prompt when we needed extra towels or other assistance. The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was fresh, and there was a staff member present to keep the buffet area stocked and clean. The pool area was very clean, and the water seemed like it was a heated pool. I'll use this particular hotel anytime I return to Monroeville in the future. Great stay."

"The swimming pool is what made me want to stay there and it was not anything like the picture. I was in the pool maybe 15 minutes the 5 days I was there. My family members didn’t want to even go in the pool. Room could have been cleaned better. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Parking was fine "
