Long wait to check-in because of a single difficult customer ahead of us. No response to call to front desk for minor issue. Went down to front desk -- long line for check in with a single person at desk."

"I was skeptical about staying here. My flight was cancelled due to shortage of crew and pilot. The only flight out was out of West Palm Beach, the other hotels were doubled. I took a chance and I’m glad I did. I pulled back the sheets and everything was spotless. I wore socks because ai was nervous, my socks were cleaned. The pillows and beds were plush! If you closed your eyes, you would have thought you were in a 5 star hotel. If you need somewhere to stay, book this hotel! "
