Alot of it old and smelled, panel was coming off in the bathroom. The coffee place equipment was broken. The food was good at the restaurant

The rooms were old and the bedding dirty. It smelled like marijuana everywhere including our room. I chose non smoking for a reason.

Restaurant closed when we arrived, 10 pm. Big sign in parking lot says restaurant open 24 hrs. We drove frome Boise. Had to go to Rainbow to get our dinner. They haven't had 24 hr restaurant since Covid. 4 years! Plenty of time to take down the sign but they won't spend the money. We asked for a late check out on Friday and they said not allowed on weekends. Not going back.

Room was clean and comfortable and a lot cheaper than the other casino's down the street. The cafe has very good food and again, a lot cheaper than down the street.

The big negative was the ATM machine. It is located in the casino. I used the machine. I received a ticket that had to be redeemed at the cashier window in the casino. No problem right? Wrong. The person in the cashier window was at lunch! After a 25-30 minute wait I got my money.

Great choice when staying in wendover, but the casino shuttle doesn't stop here anymore.

The heaters in both of our rooms did not work, and it was chilly. We called down to have someone come look at them and they said no one answered when they called service.

They have elevator, fan in the hallway was being held up by a duck tape with a cigar in it. The room smell really funny and fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

The rooms were nicely updated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I travelled with a handicapped companion and they did everything to make us comfortable.

We had to switch rooms twice, the first room had a broken tv and phone. The second room, when I turned up the heat the whole front of the heater fell off onto the floor. The last room had a broken lamp and when I went to dry my hands the hand towel holder fell off as it was broken too. No comps or anything provided for the inconvenience either. Won’t stay there again.

The bed was awful. We woke up in pain from the stiff mattress. We heard every footstep and conversation outside the room. The AC unit sounded like it was going to explode.

Noisy! Bathroom fan; but the noise part was the ice machine right by the door, as well as the intoxicated loud guests slamming doors! But of course that is no fault of the property! The waiters at the restaurant were awesome! Check in also polite and helpful!

At $200 for 1 night it was one of the cheaper casino rooms. But it wasn’t much better than a cheap motel room in any city. I called front desk to tell them there was no blanket on my bed… turned out that the thin little towel like cover was the blanket. I had to go out to my car to get a blanket I keep in the trunk. The place was just cheap. For the price it wasn’t good

Poor service. Added hidden fees after booking. Food was really below par. Had to be moved rooms twice because of things not working. It wasn’t any one big thing, just a lot of little things that added up. Definitely gave me that “cheap, slum” hotel vibe.

Staff was not very friendly at check in and the service fee is 100 bucks and who knows when it will be refunded. Rooms had no blankets only sheets.
