All the staff were really friendly and tables were fun. It is well-lit and clean. The elevators werent working on one side upon arriving and when we left in the morning, no elevators were working. The hotel room itself had poor lighting. Regardless, we had a great time! Will come again.

First check in person would barely speak a few words to me. Did NOT feel welcome at all. For a large property I would have like to know about amenities but she seemed troubled to even tell me where to park. Other staff throughout property were very nice.

The hotel staff were not helpful.We had trouble finding our room, and the lady at the counter acted like we should know our way aeound the hotel. The beds only had one sheet. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Very clean and better than the more pricey hotels I have stayed at previously in Wendover. The casino also had a great vibe with live music. Of course it was very smoky in there, but that’s to be expected. They also definitely need to redo the elevators to the hotel rooms but overall, I was extremely surprised at how nice everything was.
