"Myself and the 5 other guys who stayed in the house were on the Cape for a summer internship. Thi, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with in terms of booking. The property was super nice, an older home but the owners have given it a facelift in most areas, so it has a nice charm to it. Whenever we had a problem, Thi would send someone he trusted to handle it quickly, or he would come into town and get it done himself. He is very diligent and wants the tenants to enjoy their stay.
