We stayed in one of the cottages for a quick last minute getaway. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was super friendly. We loved how the property was right on the water and enjoyed multiple walks on the private beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee looking at the ocean while sitting in one of the rocking chairs under the small pavilion on the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved the peacefulness of the harbor and the walkable private beach front. Centrality of the location permitted us to travel both east and west to other Cape towns in reasonable time. The villa arrangement suited our family's needs very and we hope to return. Only suggestion to the resort would be to steam clean the carpets and re-attach loose wallpaper as part of annual maintenance.

Wonderful stay! We loved all the onsite activities like shuffleboard, mini golf, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions where to eat (fish and chips!) and sights to visit. Peaceful walks up and down the private beach. Lots of shells! We will be back and plan to bring family/friends! This is going to be an annual destination for us! Thank you for a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend!

This was my first visit to Green Harbor Resort. For the past 28 years I’ve rented a home on the Cape, but this was a last minute trip. This place was absolutely wonderful and has me rethinking my future trips. There was enough space for 4 of us and the views from our unit were spectacular. They also have 4 roll in units for when my Mom comes along which is something I usually have difficulty finding. The beach is wonderful if you like looking at shells and even in the middle of October they tried to keep the pool warm enough to swim in. I will definitely be returning to this location.

The rooms, although relatively clean, are very outdated and smelly, it’s like a trip back into the 70’s and not in a good way. The laundry facilities are also in need of replacement and still use quarters. Otherwise the location and the beach were awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub are 10 minutes away at another property that is owned by the same company, so not sure why it’s even advertised. Would give it a solid 6/10
