Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and spacious place with a great view of the Eisenhower park and golf course. There is a joggers trail right across the road that you can use for a pleasant walk or a quick workout.
The house has three full bedrooms that incudes a room with a trundle bed that doubles down as a children’s room.
There is a nice yard with a patio and outdoor furniture if you would like to spend some quality time outdoors.
A high speed fiber optic internet is included.

This central Long Island neighborhood is one that is both quaint and lively. You will see people jogging on the trail next to the golf course or walking their pets.

The place is just 40 min to NYC by car and less than 2 miles from Roosevelt Mall at Garden City, heart of Long Island’s best shopping and dining experience. Multiple food chains such as Chipotle, McD, Chick-fil-a, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, etc. are just a 5 min car ride or a 10 min stroll away. Comfortable space with everything you might possibly need. 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 guests and a full modern bathroom with all amenities.

Appliances include a 55 inch Sony Bravia flat screen TV, whirlpool double door refrigerator, 4 coil burner electric stove, a microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and an electric kettle to make quick coffee or hot water.

The home is centrally heated from an oil burner. Air conditioners are provided in the living area and two rooms.

The kitchen comes with pots, pans, cutting board, dinnerware, and all cutlery if you would like to cook.

Hi-speed fiber optic internet and Amazon fire tv with complimentary prime video subscription is included for guest entertainment.

A covered patio with outdoor furniture overlooking the nicely landscaped backyard will allow you to spend quality time outdoors when the weather is nice.

Excellent stay and host!

I had a wonderful stay at Nishant's home. Nishant was incredibly responsive, respectful, and helpful throughout my visit. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and easy to access, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
