35 acre horse property surrounded by trees with 360 degree views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains and surrounding hills. Secluded at the end of the road in a gated community, yet only 7 miles from town.

Bring your own horse, the entire property is fenced and there is a two stall barn with smaller turnout areas. All well behaved pets allowed too.

The main portion of this house is being offered for rent. This is my full time residence, so except to find the house fully stocked with everything you need and expect to find personal belongings in closets and cabinets. Majority of my stuff will be in boxes and tucked away out of sight. The house offers a bedroom on the main level with a separate full bath. There is a loft bedroom upstairs with its own full bath. The kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room is on the main floor.

Guests have access to the main portion of the house only. The downstairs walk-out basement apartment has its own private entrance that is not part of the rental. There is a single tenant renting this space. The tenant will have access to the laundry room at the guest's convenience.

On the property there are horses, goats, chickens and friendly livestock guardian dogs. As a perk to being able to bring your own pets, I expect that they will get along with my animals.

If bringing a horse(s), please message me to work out the details. There are several smaller turnout areas and a two stall barn if needed. Fencing in the smaller turnouts is piped corral panels and in the two 15 acre pastures is electric / barbed wire combo. Horse care / feeding is self-care. No hay, grain, etc. available for purchase, must bring / buy your own.

My own horses are on the property and they will be kept in one or two of the larger pastures, separate from yours. There is also an outdoor riding arena. Plenty of room for parking your horse trailer.
