Apartment "Brans Igge" - only 350 m to the beach. Modern and centrally located in Westerland.

The small but beautiful apartment "Brans Igge" is located in one of the most beautiful apartment houses Westerland, only 9 minutes walk from the train station Westerland away.

Brans Igge has a small bedroom for 2 people and a modern living area with an open kitchenette. For small families a travel cot is available free of charge. Minis are welcome!

The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, kettle and toaster.

In the living area of the apartment is a built-in wardrobe, which offers enough space for your holiday luggage. Furthermore, a flat screen TV is space-saving installed in the built-in wardrobe. So you only see the TV if you really want to watch television. But honestly ... just 350 meters away is the beach. Because you are really watching TV. :-)

A large window front provides enough daylight. In front of it is also the south-west terrace with lounge furniture.

The small bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror cabinet and toilet.

In the bedroom, a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) ensures comfortable, restful hours.

Feel completely at ease in this small but beautiful apartment and enjoy the central location to the city Westerlands or the beautiful, endless Sylter Weststrand.

Wohnung warm und freundlich. Günstige Lage, relativ schnell fussläufig am Strand aber auch im Stadtzentrum. Trotz kühlen Temperaturen, aber meist sonnig konnten wir die Tage gut genießen.

Urlaub auf Sylt

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung nur ca. 350m vom Strand entfernt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung optimal geeignet.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Für 27qm war die Wohnung doch ein echtes Raumwunder. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar kleine Schwächen wie innenliegendes Bad ohne Lüftung und damit einhergehende Schimmelbildung in der Türlaibung, wenn ein Vormieter nicht lüftet, Badschrank total verstaubt, halbe Rolle Klopapier zu Beginn, TV Sender gingen nicht komplett etc. In Summe ein gutes Erlebnis für den Preis und die Lage bis zum Strand mit 1,2 kleinen Mängeln.

Schöne Wohnung nahe am Strand

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Couch ebenso. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und man kann schnell in die Stadt oder in ruhige Gebiete spazieren. Wenn das Wetter schön ist ist die Wohnung perfekt für einen Strandurlaub

Unterkunft perfekt für 2 Personen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Check-In funktioniert ganz problemlos, Parkplätze sind genügen an der Straße vorhanden. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Familie Bersa war immer schnell erreichbar falls man Fragen hat. Entfernung zum Strand sind ziemlich genau 300m. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Grundsätzlich waren wir gut zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Das einzige ist die Hellhörigkeit,da direkt an der Schlafzimmer-Tür der Flur ist. Und das „Tropfen“ der Heizung hat schon ein bisschen um den Schlaf gebracht.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Lage von der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, sodass man kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Innenstadt hat. Die Wohnung ist so ausgestattet, dass man sogar gut dort kochen kann. Uns fehlten leider nur die Küchentrockentücher nach dem Spülen. Wir würden gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Im Inserat war ein anderes Sofa angezeigt welches größer war, dies fanden wir sehr schade ebenso das im Wohnbereich keine Lampe war außer eine kleine im Fenster doch diese funktionierte nicht. Es war auch recht laut da wir neben dem Heizungskeller (?) waren und abends bis 22:30 Uhr war es echt laut. Auch für sehr laut empfunden haben wir, das wir die Spülungen der Wohnungen über uns jedes Mal gehört haben. In der Dusche lagen fremde Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht sauber.

Leider kein schöner Aufenthalt

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage, schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters auf Anfragen. Leider hat uns der Aufenthalt im Brans Igge nicht gefallen. Die Unterkunft erinnert eher einer umgebauten Garage, Lüften ist nur über den Eingang möglich. Schimmel im Bad, es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Apartment abzudunkeln. Direkt neben dem Bett gibt es eine abgeschlossene Tür, die vermutlich zum Keller führt. Daher oftmals lautes knallen von Brandschutztüren. Für den Preis findet man sicherlich eine schönere Unterkunft auf Sylt.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett, doch war mir bei der Buchung (1 Jahr im Voraus) nicht bewusst, dass es sich um ein Souterrainappartement handelt, die Südwestterasse ist die frühere Einfahrt.... ich schätze, dass das Appartement mal ein Fahrradkeller war. Wir sind früher abgereist als geplant... für Sylt ist es aber sehr günstig

Kurzreise

Die Wohnung liegt im Kellerbereich/Untergeschoss eines MFH „Hedighuis“ mit separatem Zugang, Ausblick auf Parkfläche. Bad/WC und Schlafbereich ist ausgesprochen beengt. Bad/WC sind sauber, aber „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Küchenbereich nur für kleinere Mahlzeiten ausreichend. Geschirr/Besteck i.O. In einer Wandnische sind hinter einer Holz-Tür-Verkleidung TV, Ablage- und Aufhängoptionen vorhanden. Vermieter hat nach einem Mängelhinweis umgehend für Abhilfe geschaffen. Für unsere 4-tätige Übernachtung hat die Unterkunft ausgereicht.
