I have 3 properties , VRBO ID 729271, 4506782, & 600509, Short 1 Mile walk to the closest beach (Weekapaug). You Our beach pass is for Wuskenau beach which is 2 miles away. Wuskenau beach is located right next to Misquamicut state beach. Fully furnished New England style cottage. Living room with 1 full-size couch and a chair. Eat-in kitchen seats 4 comfortably. Outdoor table seats 6 comfortably. Additional fold up table and 4 additional fold-up chairs provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. A queen size inflatable mattress is provided. House has 3 window air conditioners and for heat, it has steam radiators. Sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels are provided. 1 full bathroom with shower. Large washer & dryer, 50-inch HDTV flat screen with local TV channels and Apple TV, Verizon FIOS 100 Mbps Internet, large microwave, full-size stove, full-size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker. Dining ware, pots & pans provided. Outdoor fire pit (firewood not provided). Winnapaug Country Club (public golf course) 1 mile away. Very large yard with outdoor table and table umbrella, great for outdoor BBQ (charcoal grill provided). Quiet neighborhood. This property is central to beaches and shopping. The property is comfortable for families with children. House has tile and hardwood floors throughout. Check out downtown Westerly: The Grey Sail Brewery, 2 bookstores, antique shops, many retail shops, pubs, and restaurants. 10 minutes from Watch Hill, 40 minutes from Historic Newport, RI. There are playgrounds and tennis courts for after dinner hours of fun located just up the street at Rotary Park or enjoy a short drive to Watch Hill for ice cream and carousel ride; great for the kids-- or The Ocean House for adults. Foxwoods Resort Casino is 35 minutes away. Mohegan Sun casino is 50 minutes away. Enjoy dining in the many waterside restaurants in our area. No security deposit required. Walmart superstore is 5 minutes away. In the summer there are many free outdoor concerts with free parking in beautiful Watch Hill or at the town beach. Delightful! Second time to property, 1st time to 7 1/2 Cattail. So happy for 2nd year visit. Beautiful shaded yard for pup; excellent accommodations with everything we needed in gorgeous weekapaug neighborhood.

Check in/out was super easy. Close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet mornings on the front porch and quiet evenings in the backyard with a fire. Was enough space for my small family and small dogs. Beds were comfy and convenient to have a washer and dryer in the house. This will be our new yearly vacation spot!

Great location, responsive owners, but smaller than expected. It would be great for a writing retreat. The peach pass was very helpful and made access easy to the town beach which has a large ramp for those with walkers or wheelchairs. Enjoyed overall.

Pet friendly, good location but not sure where the ocean view is that's listed in the description. Bathroom is tiny. The bed was comfortable however it would be difficult for any one on the petite side to get in as it sits extremely high. Probably a,10" mattress on top of a 10" box spring on a raised bed (probably could just use the mattress) No paper towels. If you use towels the property owner wants you to wash them. Washer and dryer are in the basement and there are no handrails on basement steps. A major liability issue if someone would take a tumble. The location was great and close to many things.and for the price it wasn't bad. However on that note i would recommend making some improvements such as new windows (old & dirty) and replacing worn out torn sofa with a sofa bed. If those improvements were made I would be willing to pay more and return again.

Beautiful weather, house was comfortable for us. Bathroom was small with little space to put stuff. Kitchen was adequately equipped for meals. Not fancy. Location was great. Would stay again

Long weekend getaway

The location of this home was excellent- one mile from beaches and a nice park at the end of the street. The home felt a bit cramped- very small bathroom and had a hard time opening windows when it cooled down. Hosts were nice and responsive when we had WiFi issues.

Ideal Spot

This is a great little getaway in a very nice neighborhood. It is my second time here. It was easy to take my dogs for daily walks. It is close to many stores and is about 1.5 miles away from the beach. They lend you their beach pass to Wuskenau Beach which is a nice beach next to Misquamicut. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here again. Thank you Fausto and Cheryl.

We planned a last-minute trip and needed a reasonably-priced stay. This home had what we needed to be close to our family living in the area. We spent most of our time at our relatives, visiting and eating meals; however, this home worked out for our family of 6, traveling with our dog.

Always a wonderful stay one of the best properties and hosts ever

I always enjoy my stay here with my dog. This is truly one of the best hosts here and one of the best properties along with their other ones. It’s a great neighborhood and area right by the beach. The house is delightful every time I stay there there is something new they are always updating and making sure it is immaculately cleaned. Comfortable and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is super fast for my work. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon.
