Custom cottage close to everything-Enjoy long walks on beach without the crowds!
- Langworthy Cottage is a quaint, quiet, modern, open concept one bedroom home. Cottage featuring one bedroom with king size bed. Also features quartz countertops, hardwoods, pull out sofa with queen size mattress, and organization detail that is second to none. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a great getaway surrounded by beaches, attractions, restaurants and golf. Close to Downtown Westerly, Watch Hill, URI, Foxwoods, URI, Narragansett and Mystic. Easy access to Block Island and Newport.
The cottage has 2 beach cruiser bicycles with helmets available for use with rental. Along with 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag with towels, and a a beach pass for access to local beach.
We recently finished construction and continue to work on the landscape.
