Experience Westerly life like a Local! Enjoy this centrally-located Apartment close to Downtown. Easy highway access to the Beach and Casinos. Free Parking with Private entrance opens to a courtyard with a Gazebo Sitting area and a Grill just for you! The 2 Bedroom Apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a Full Kitchen/Living Room combination, 1 Bathroom, Washer/Dryer and Central Air. The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed with a new Nectar Mattress. Second smaller bedroom has a Twin Pillowtop Bed. There are 3 Units on the property each with their own Private Fenced Yard, Parking and entrances. We occupy one of the Units. Your area will be designated as Apt. A. With its own signage. Please only occupy your designated area. For everyone’s safety we do have cameras on all Outdoor Spaces, Entry Doors and Parking Area.
You must be 25 or older to Rent our property and All Adult Guests must be on the reservation and Identity Verified by Vrbo for our safety and the safety of other guests in other units on the property.
