"If you've stayed in OOB before you know that most of the hotels are kinda dumpy and small. No hate, that's just how it is there unless you spend big money. I was happy with our stay at the Grand Beach Inn. The suite was a good size and had full size kitchen appliances. The price was extremely fair. The pool was nicely maintained and the live music at the restaurant on site was a nice bonus. There was a fair amount of sand on the floor of our room when we arrived but the staff was very apologetic and it was taken care of."

"We were surprised when we walked in to see there was a second room which lead out to pool and beach. The couch pulled out to a queen bed with a door that closed between rooms. Both rooms had tv’s and kitchenette with small table to also sit at. Great set up. We will definitely stay again. The only thing was open parking instead of designating a space in front of your room which would have been very easy to do."

"We loved the location. The room was generally clean ,but needed some attention from maintenance. Front desk clerk did not provide any instructions upon arrival, unless I specifically asked the questions (i.e. parking, location of room, etc.) . The pillows on the bed needed replacement (flat and hard. )The blanket in the closet had not been washed from a previous guest."

"We bought last minute. We were pleasantly surprised and so thrilled with the location of this property. We were right on a beautiful beach. It was fenced off from the abutting properties. It was private which we loved. The cottage was adequate, very clean, but I have to admit it is dated. The bed could use updating, but otherwise we had no complaints. We had a wonderful time. It was equipped with everything we needed, especially if you’re planning to cook meals. If you don’t mind, older places, I highly recommend this cottage."
