"The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.

"Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hotel restaurant! Just 5 minutes walk to Santa Claus village. All parts in the house are in perfect condition, especially there’s private sauna in each house, an enjoyable stay.
Also, I sent the massage to celebrate my lover’s birthday at the very last minute and the hotel did tried their best to help with the arrangement.

"One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had while travelling- and we have stayed in castles! The staff were attentive, helpful, and ensured we were comfortable and safe. The breakfast is better than any buffet we have ever experienced. Could not get enough of the pastries and incredible spread/offerings. We looked forward to it each morning!
