"love this hotel. It has all the amenities you need when on vacation. The customer service is excellent. The hotel staff makes you feel like family. They are all friendly and always attentive to the needs of their guests. The breakfast is excellent."

"The people of nicaragua are very nice people and very caring. A lot of the food was pretty nice besides a few options but that’s ok, i do not expect perfection. Overall the views were amazing, people always welcome you, you always felt safe, and the facilities are well maintained. I would say the price is fair for such a popular place and if you plan to visit nicaragua, it’s a place worth going to. Obviously always research before hand"

"It was clean and quiet. I would suggest that you have an all inclusive package that would include the bar and drink with dinner and breakfast. I would pay an extra 200$ for an all inclusive package. The gift shop should have regular hours. 8am-5pm every day. I could not buy any gifts when checking out because the gift shop was closed. Other than that, the staff was excellent."
