The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was lovely, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable and relaxing. I truly appreciated the quality of service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Galaxy to anyone visiting Timișoara!"

"Our room faced the river and was exceptionally clean. Although the property has been recently renovated and the room appears modern at first glance, the upgrades were clearly rushed. Some of the workmanship — especially in the bathroom — felt superficial, and the added tile already shows signs of water infiltration that will likely cause it to loosen over time. That said, the room remained cozy and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, the bathroom functioned as needed, and the safe deposit box worked without issue. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was both hearty and delicious. In terms of location, this is easily the best‑situated hotel in Arad. Everything is within walking distance: City Hall, the Faleza Mureșului riverbank promenade, parks, good restaurants, and public transportation. Despite the renovation flaws, we would stay here again for the cleanliness, comfort, service, and unbeatable location."

"Great staff working here. The guy at reception was really friendly and informative. It took me a moment to figure out to unlock my key from the key box but it was fairly intuitive. The main foyer and my room were both exceptionally clean and well maintained, also if you have to take the train the next day to Budapest you couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s literally across the road and down the street. Good cheap pricing for the quality of the hotel and room. Would book at this location again."
