""I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, which failed to live up to its description. The room didn't have a sea view, and the staff refused to upgrade me to a better room without extra charges, despite the hotel being empty. The towels were old and shabby, and I had to request them as they weren't provided in the room. The hair dryer was out of order, and the room phone didn't work. "El hotel está bien pero debido a la localización remota el hotel debe ofrecer transporte a quienes quieran ir a la ciudad o un precio simbólico y no hacer negocio con ello, ya que cobran 50 euros para llevarte. Si quieren hacer negocio con transporte que hagan empresa de transportes y no un hotel. Vamos que es una vergüenza. Te quedas encerrado en el hotel o pagas 50 euros. "

"I didn’t want to leave this hotel. It’s excellent from start to finish. The staff were very good, food amazing and the rooms wonderful. The only thing that could have improved my stay was having a room overlooking the water but by the time I was in I was so tired I didn’t ask to change. I’d love to go back. "

"It is an Oasis in the middle of nowhere, great reception and dining area , beautifully decorated and the food was excellent , best I had in Morocco outside of Marrakesh The room on the other hand was so so, it is a harsh climate and it shows, one of the sliding doors did not open anymore , a few paint chips here and there, no AC (which was tough in the afternoon heat) , just a ceiling fan. During my stay there were scheduled power cuts 4:00-6:00 pm and 3:00-4:30 am. Lack of AC means , open the doors and windows to let in the cool evening airF but as soon as the wind dies down, which it eventually always does, mosquitoes made the inside of the room hell, closing the door means that the inside is warm and when the power cut at 3:00 am and the ceiling fan stopped it became stifling The access to the resort is under construction on all ends, main road on top being repaved. The beach area of the resort is nice, kite surfing and swimming , even a walk along the shore during low tide is nice "

"I had high expectations for this hotel in Tulum, but my experience was far from 5-star. Service was extremely poor from the start—we waited over an hour just to be served tea, which finally arrived with attitude and in a presentation worse than a basic café. Cleanliness was shocking: the pool restroom was filthy with urine all over the floor, and even after reporting it, no one bothered to clean it. The room itself looked nice but lacked maintenance—broken bathroom curtains, a shower that flooded the entire floor, and a terrace door that barely opened. Despite informing them it was my birthday trip, the hotel made no effort to acknowledge it. Overall, the resort looks good on the outside but fails in service, cleanliness, and maintenance. It is not worth the price or the 5-star rating and I would not stay here again or recommend it since there are a lot of better options."
