The home offers plenty of space for families and groups to gather comfortably, with inviting common areas and thoughtfully curated details throughout. Mornings often begin with fresh sea breezes and friendly visits from the local chickens, while evenings are best spent unwinding after a day of beachcombing, coastal exploring, or simply slowing down.

This is a place to disconnect from the rush and reconnect with nature—kick off your shoes, linger over coffee, and enjoy the relaxed rhythm of South Shore living. Whether you’re here for Oak Island adventures, quiet seaside moments, or a laid-back escape with loved ones, this farmhouse offers a warm, authentic stay by the sea.
On behalf of the team, I would like to personally thank you for trusting us to make your stay memorable for you and your loved ones/friends. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Important Information:

1. Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
2. Late Check-Out: After a 15-minute grace period, a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies. Stays of 10+ hours past check-out will incur a full day`s charge.
3. Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we`ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

General Rules:

1. Visitors: No visitors are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
2. Shoes: Please leave shoes at the foyer.
3.Carpets: Be careful not to stain the wool carpets.
4. Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
5. Toilets: Do not flush items that are not suitable for toilets.
6. Insects: Keep doors closed when unattended to prevent ants/insects from entering.
7. Rubbish: Discard rubbish in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).

Optional but Appreciated:

While you are under no obligation, we would greatly appreciate your help with the following tasks:

1. Rubbish: Bag the rubbish and place it into labelled large bins.
2. Dishes: Sort the dishes and run the dishwasher.
3. BBQ: Clean the BBQ after usage.

Final Reminders:

1. Reservation Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for the actions of their group of guests/visitors.
2. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury, but we are available to help to the best of our ability should anything occur.
3. Assistance: We are here to serve and help, so if you have any questions or needs, just give us a shout!
