The TVs need an upgrade to smart tvs and otherwise everything was lovely. Check in could have provided more information about how to access the internet, what was going on in and around the village and updated information in regards to the tv service and internet not being available due some type of disruption in the area. Temperature in the room was perfect. And the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and coffee station where equipped with everything you'd need.

It was a nice getaway from the city. The village has everything you could need. The breakfast and dinner places were fantastic. We used the hot tub and the fireplace was nice afterwards as it was a rainy night. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

The stay was very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. If anything, it would have been nice to have a microwave or toaster in the room or in the common area to assist with breakfast items from the grocer as the onsite restaurant does not serve breakfast. The coffee shop across the street does offer breakfast but I found it to be very overly priced for what you get.

Balcony was lovely! Great to look out over trees, not a parking lot! My only complaint is the in room is the horrible coffee. I imagine the difference in price between horrible coffee and good coffee is about $1. This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location, please don’t let bad coffee taint your reviews.
